Can you help with a website like one of these?
Yes - the work shown here reflects a range of businesses and requirements, from booking and ecommerce websites to lead generation and content-led sites. We’ll shape the design, functionality and content around your business rather than simply repeating a previous project.
Do you design and build websites in-house?
Yes - our in-house team in Bali handles both the design and the development, so there is no handover between one agency and another halfway through the project. The people building your website were in the conversations about why it is laid out the way it is, which means the practical decisions made during the build do not quietly drift away from the original intent. It also keeps things simple at your end: one team, one point of contact, and one group of people accountable for the finished site.
Can you work on a website you didn’t originally build?
Yes - we often work on websites we did not build. We start by reviewing what is already there: what is working, where the site is falling short, and whether the underlying build is worth keeping. Sometimes the answer is a targeted set of improvements to speed, structure or content. Sometimes the existing site is holding the business back enough that a rebuild is the cheaper option over any reasonable timeframe. We will tell you which one we think it is, and why, before you commit to anything.
Do you provide support after a website goes live?
Yes - launch is usually the start of the work rather than the end of it. We can help with ongoing updates, content changes, WordPress and plugin maintenance, hosting, performance improvements and the search marketing side once the site is live. Some clients take the site on themselves after a handover session and come back only when they want something new built. Others would rather we look after all of it. Both are fine, and you are not locked into either.
How much does a website project cost?
Landing pages start from around A$800, a brochure/business site from around A$1,500, rising with design, functionality and the number of pages involved. There is more detail on our website design and website development pages. We’ll provide clear scope, timing and pricing before work begins.
